*Brewing Method (Gongfu Style):
1. Take 8g from the 350g Gongmei cake, rinse briefly with 90°C water.
2. Brew in a 100ml gaiwan with 85°C water. First infusion: steep 20 seconds.
3.Pour into cups, enjoy sweet notes. Brew 6-8 times, increasing steep time by 10 seconds.
*Cooking Fuding Gongmei White Tea (English)
1. Pry 8g from 350g Gongmei tea cake, rinse with 90°C waterfor 10 seconds, drain.
2. Add leaves to a pot with 800ml water, simmer gently for 3-5 minutes.
3. Strain golden tea, cool slightly, and enjoy its floral, honeyed sweetness.
