With its substantial form and gently irregular profile, Ember Moss preserves the expressive character of handmade ceramics.

Warm ochre-red and earthen brown tones dominate the lower body, while the upper surface shifts into mossy green, ash grey, charcoal, and muted mineral hues. The colors overlap organically rather than forming clean boundaries, creating a surface reminiscent of weathered stone slowly overtaken by moss.

Closer inspection reveals small natural pits, speckling, ash deposits, and subtle areas of melted glaze — traces of the interaction between clay, flame, ash, and atmosphere inside the kiln.

The contrast between the glowing warmth of the reddish body and the darker moss-like surface gives the piece a quiet sense of age and elemental character.

Each wood-fired vessel develops its own unique variations in color, texture, and kiln effects, making every piece distinctly individual.

赭苔 — 景德鎮柴燒主人杯

厚實而略帶不規則的器形，保留了手工成形所留下的自然起伏。杯身以溫暖的赭紅與赤褐為基調，上緣則交織苔綠、灰白與深褐色窯變，如同經過歲月侵蝕的岩壁，留下火焰、灰燼與土質共同作用的痕跡。

近看表面，可見細小氣孔、斑點與自然熔融的釉色變化。色彩並非整齊分界，而是在器身上彼此滲透、堆疊，使每一面都呈現不同表情。

赭紅的溫度與苔色的沉靜彼此交錯，讓這只杯子既帶有柴燒特有的粗獷，也保有一種安靜而古老的氣息。

每件柴燒作品皆因火焰走向、落灰與窯內氣氛而有所不同，因此形成不可完全複製的色澤與肌理。
