壽眉是福建省福鼎出產的一種白茶等級，以其濃郁的風味和較大的葉片而受到珍視。‘茶餅’指的是將茶壓縮成圓盤狀，便於陳化和儲存。
‘鼎枝芽’是手尚工夫品牌出產的一種特定壽眉白茶，選用精挑細選的芽頭或嫩枝製作成茶餅。
