With its broad, low profile, Earthen Spiral carries a calm and grounded presence. Visible throwing lines travel continuously around the vessel, creating a rhythmic surface that shifts through warm reddish clay, deep brown, ash grey, muted green, and pale mineral tones.

The effects of wood firing appear unevenly across the surface, allowing exposed areas of warm clay to contrast with darker flame markings and naturally deposited ash. These transitions change around the vessel, giving each side its own distinct character.

Inside the cup, concentric throwing rings remain clearly visible, unfolding outward from the center like ripples on water or the growth rings of aged wood.

Rather than seeking perfect uniformity, Earthen Spiral celebrates the meeting of hand, clay, flame, and movement. Its color variations and kiln effects are naturally formed, making each piece distinctly individual.

迴紋 — 景德鎮柴燒主人杯

寬而低伏的器形，使這只主人杯呈現出沉穩而舒展的比例。器身保留清晰的拉坯旋紋，隨著杯壁環繞延伸，在赭紅、深褐、灰白與灰綠色窯變之間形成富有節奏的層次。

柴燒留下的灰燼與火痕並未均勻覆蓋器表，而是在不同區域形成深淺交錯的自然界線。部分區域保留溫暖的紅褐胎色，另一側則被深色與灰白落灰覆蓋，使整件作品隨著觀看角度改變而展現不同表情。

杯內尤其保留了明顯的同心旋紋，從中心向外層層展開，如水波、年輪，也像土在旋轉中留下的時間軌跡。

這只作品的魅力，不在於絕對工整，而在於拉坯留下的人手痕跡與柴燒窯變彼此交會，使每一道色澤與紋理都具有不可複製性。
