Obsidian Peak is defined by a restrained palette of deep black, iron grey, smoky brown, and subtle mineral tones, giving the vessel a powerful yet quiet presence.

The surface is not uniformly black. Under changing light, fine traces of grey, muted bronze, and kiln-born speckling emerge, adding depth to the dark exterior.

Small areas of reddish-purple and earthy clay remain exposed beneath the darker surface, creating a striking contrast — like a vein of stone revealed along the face of a shadowed mountain.

Its full, grounded form and understated throwing lines reinforce the sense of weight and stillness. Inside, dark tones continue with subtle transitions into warm brown and muted gold, lending the piece further depth.

Formed through the interaction of clay, flame, ash, and kiln atmosphere, each surface variation is unique to the firing process.

Its versatile form allows it to be used as a water cooling vessel, coffee cup, or dessert bowl, making it equally suited to tea service, everyday drinking, and serving desserts.

這只主人杯以深黑、鐵灰與墨色為主要基調，整體氣質沉穩而內斂。器身表面並非單一純黑，而是在光線下浮現細微的灰褐、暗金與礦物般斑點，使深色表面呈現出豐富而克制的層次。

局部露出的紫赭色胎體，與大片深黑表面形成鮮明對比，如同幽暗山體間顯露的一段岩層，也像暮色中尚未完全消退的微光。

器形厚實而飽滿，輪廓簡潔，表面仍可見細微的拉坯痕跡。內壁同樣保持深沉色調，並帶有些許紅褐與土金變化，使整件作品在低調之中保有細節與深度。

柴燒過程中，火焰、灰燼與窯內氣氛共同塑造出這種深邃而不均一的表面，每一處色澤與痕跡都具有不可複製性。
